Our hosted disaster recovery service offers companies the ability to get back up and running again in the event of a disaster regardless of hardware or location.The solution takes regular image based backups of your servers and uploads them to our data center,in addition our Continous data protection agent uploads file level changes as they happen. in the event of a disaster the your servers can be restored onto our hosted virtual server farm,with secure access via VPN and terminal server,this allows your company to get back up and running again in a matter of hours ,without the need to wait for costly replacement hardware and time consuming rebuilds. Staff can access their data,email applications etc from any location with internet access. Additionally the virtual machines can then be simply copied back to the customer location once replacement hardware has been sourced. Diagram is needed here. When a failure or other incident prevents access to your primary IT infrastructure,
a complete infrastructure is built and is operational within three to four hours using
virtual machine technology. The environment is hosted in our Dublin data centers on
an enterprise class VMWare server farm. Multiple Recovery points can be chosen from Recovered servers are isolated in their own VLan/Virtual Network and firewalled for security Terminal server is provisioned to allow staff access to their applications and data. Once the primary environment is operational again, or rebuilt, the data can be
simply moved back to the customer premises with minimal downtime. Scheduled testing of the failover environment is available.
